My wife wanted to planter for a Aloe Vera plant in a pot. We went and looked at some pots but they were just to small for my liking and the wood planters they sell looks very cheap and crappy. So I have decided to give it a go and see what I can achieve with my newly woodworking skills. I used 6 x 2 redwood for the whole planter and assembled it with 3 1/2 inch rust resistant screws and glue. I sealed it with a teak oil finish inside and out. Now all it need is the Aloe Vera that it was made for in the first place.
Tools Used: Miter saw, Impact Driver, Square, Sander, Teak oil finish
This was a fun project and my Son got to help a bit.
